In Order to make our platform as convenient as possible we ask for device permissions such as
  • Camera - in case the buyer wants to show an image of what they would like to purchase.
  • Location - to make delivery or pickup as seamless and fast as possible without the hassle of manual input and excessive calling.
  • Gallery - similar reason as permission for camera access, in case the image of the product the user wants to provide is already stored in the gallery.
  • Notifications - to keep the user notified about the order status right from placement to delivery.
We do not track any user activity across other apps and do not show or endorse any ads on our app because we respect the privacy of our users.
We ask for information such as name, address, phone number, email ID to create a unique account identification for our users and login gateway to prevent breach or theft of user account. Only in the case of paying a user we ask for UPI ID, IFSC code, Bank account number which is kept completely safe and secured in our database.
All purchase on the platform is handled by our third party payment portal Razorpay.
All user information provided on the platform is never modified or altered by us. However users are free to change their respective account details.
The user data that we keep track of on the platform are the number transactions and orders and their respective details. However we only access this data to either pay a user or resolve user queries respective to their account. Any and all user data or activity is kept completely private and only accessed by the company on a need only basis.
